Following openings in Austin, Las Vegas, and Scottsdale, Guest House, a social dining concept, will debut in Dallas, Aspen, and Houston as the hospitality brand continues its rapid growth across the U.S.
AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — RDM Hospitality is accelerating the national expansion of Guest House, an experiential social dining concept, with three new locations slated to open over the next six months as the brand prepares to enter additional markets nationwide.
After Guest House debuted in Austin in 2024, RDM Hospitality expanded the concept to Las Vegas in 2025 and Scottsdale in January 2026. The brand will continue its rapid growth with the opening of Guest House Dallas in early November 2026, followed by Guest House Aspen on December 31, 2026, and Guest House Houston in the first quarter of 2027. RDM Hospitality will also soon make its United States Grand Prix debut in Austin with Guest House at Turn 20: a three-day trackside hospitality experience taking place October 23–25, 2026, during the Formula 1 MSC Cruises United States Grand Prix 2026 at Circuit of the Americas (COTA).
The expansion will bring Guest House to six locations nationwide in just over two years, marking a major growth period for RDM Hospitality as it introduces the concept to some of the country’s most dynamic dining and entertainment markets. Built around the idea that dinner can become the entire night, Guest House combines elevated dining, high-energy hospitality, and a social atmosphere designed to evolve throughout the evening. Each location pairs the brand’s signature experience with dining elements tailored to its market, creating destinations that feel distinctly local while maintaining the Guest House identity.
“Guest House was created around the way people want to dine and socialize today,” said Raj Kumar, Co-Founder & CEO. “It’s not simply about going somewhere for dinner. It’s about creating an experience where guests want to stay, where dinner can transition into cocktails, and the energy continues throughout the night. The response we’ve seen across our existing locations has given us an incredible opportunity to bring that experience to new markets across the country.”
Guest House’s next chapter begins in Dallas, where the brand will open in Uptown in early November. The opening will mark Guest House’s second Texas location and continue the momentum established by the Austin flagship. On December 31, Guest House will make its debut in Aspen, bringing the concept to one of the country’s most celebrated luxury destinations. The expansion will continue into 2027 with Houston, expected to open during the first quarter of 2027. The Houston opening will give Guest House three locations in Texas and further establish the brand’s presence in one of its most important growth markets. These three openings will mark the next phase of Guest House’s national growth, with additional markets slated to open over the next two years and new locations to be announced in the coming months.
“We’re being thoughtful about where we grow and making sure every location feels right for both Guest House and the market it’s entering,” added Raj Kumar. “Dallas, Aspen and Houston each have incredibly strong dining cultures, but they’re also very different cities. That’s what makes this next phase exciting. We’re building a recognizable national brand without creating carbon copies.”
Together, the openings represent a pivotal stage in RDM Hospitality’s evolution as the company builds Guest House into a national hospitality brand.
