Rising demand for Agile transformation brings two coaches to T2 Group’s T2 Tech division to help health systems deliver better outcomes faster and cut burnout.
REDONDO BEACH, CA, UNITED STATES, August 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — T2 Group, a healthcare IT and workforce solutions firm, today announced two additions to its T2 Tech division as rising demand for Agile transformation drives continued growth. The new team members expand T2 Tech’s capacity to help health systems change how their people plan, deliver, and improve technology work.
Agile is an approach to how teams plan and deliver work. It replaces traditional top-down project management with small, iterative cycles, shared accountability, and empowered teams. For health systems that run 300 to 400 applications and are constantly implementing and optimizing them, the benefits are practical: faster delivery, higher quality, better-managed capacity, and staff who are less overwhelmed and less prone to burnout. An Agile operating model not only reduces costs because less time spent means fewer resources used, but also enhances the net value delivered to the organization through strategic prioritization.
Both professionals support T2 Group’s team at Mount Sinai Health System, which is in the midst of reorganizing how its technology team executes work so that it can be more productive and effective. Similar transformations are underway at health systems across the country. In T2 Tech’s experience, changing a culture usually takes one to two years. T2 Tech’s role is to coach, teach, lead, and demonstrate the new way of working until each team can sustain it independently—building the client’s capability rather than doing the work for them.
Joining T2 Tech are Manny Opara as Agile Coach and Moe Hanna as Agile Coach. Each brings a distinct background and record of results. This team expansion builds on T2 Group’s continued growth, including the addition of Anne Baskakova as Senior Agile Strategist. In that role, she leads patient access initiatives in partnership with the health system.
Manny Opara, Agile Strategist. Opara is a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC 6) and PMP with a healthcare-focused record in enterprise Agile strategy and governance. As a senior advisor to hospital systems at Impact Advisors and an enterprise transformation lead at Navitus and McKesson, he assessed delivery organizations, built governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps, guided Waterfall-to-Agile transitions, and enabled Agile capability uplift for more than 2,500 professionals.
Moe Hanna, Agile Coach. Hanna is a SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) with more than a decade in program and transformation leadership. He led Agile transformation across 10 teams on a $2 billion ERP modernization serving 15 million customers at Southern California Edison, stood up 12 product teams inside a 150-person information-security organization at Blue Shield of California, and co-delivered official SAFe and Scrum Alliance certification courses, teaching the frameworks, not just practicing them.
Anne Baskakova, MBA, MS, Senior Agile Strategist. Baskakova brings more than 17 years leading product strategy, digital transformation, and technology delivery across healthcare and health technology. As a product and transformation leader at Teladoc Health, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NYU Langone Health, Mass General Brigham, and growth-stage digital health companies, she has built and scaled product organizations, launched enterprise digital health platforms, and led cross-functional teams through complex organizational change. A certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Baskakova combines strategic vision with disciplined execution.
“We are here to help organizations improve the speed, ability, and quality of their work while allowing their people to enjoy the work they do,” said Kevin Torf, Managing Director of T2 Group. “Both of these coaches brings a distinct set of talents and a track record of helping teams work differently. That is what our clients are asking for.”
